HOW OFTEN DO YOU GET NEW STOCK?
We get new stock regularly! All items are put up at 9am (Australian Western Standard Time) and all new items are 10% off for at least 24 hours.
WHAT IS THE 10% OFF NEW ITEMS?
To give you more Style Rival goodness we also offer 10% off our new arrivals. This means that all of our items put online that day at 9am will be priced at 10% off until 9am the very next day. Genius...we know!
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept PayPal payments. PayPal is a secure and trusted partner that acts as a gateway between your credit and debit cards and our checkout. When you purchase using PayPal it is an instant transaction and your order will be processed immediately. Please note that if you use an e-cheque on PayPal they can take up to 7 working days to clear. This makes the ordering process quite drawn out and we do not prefer this form of payment.

I’M IN LOVE WITH SOMETHING THAT’S OUT OF STOCK IN MY SIZE! WHAT CAN I DO?
Unfortunately new items can sell out quickly, but we do often re-order popular pieces. If you are particularly interested in an item, please click on the 'Restock Request' button to register your interest. If we do restock the item you will get an email informing you when it is back in stock.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders will be shipped within 24 hours. Please note that orders are not shipped out on the weekends or public holidays.
WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam or junk folder and add email@example.com to your email contact list. You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website. If you still have not received an order confirmation after 24 hours please contact Customer Care.WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Style Rival cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
If you refuse a shipment from Style Rival, you are responsible for any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to Style Rival. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

Your purchase is secured by eWay and PayPal. Your credit card details are passed securely through eWay and PayPal’s certified secure payment process, not stored by our website. A Secured Socket Layer with a 128 bit ensures your payment details are protected. This process is constantly monitored and maintained by eWay and PayPal while Style Rival regularly updates our firewall to keep the site secure.
We do not store your credit card details; they are deleted after your purchase has been completed. Payment or debiting of your credit/debit card will be completed when you accept to complete the transaction at checkout. We take a firm stance against credit card fraud. If your transaction is flagged in our system, we will check your order by phoning you on the given number to ensure that the purchase has been made by the credit card holder. If we find anyone trying to use another person's details, we will report you to the Australian Police and banking authorities.
The only details recorded and kept on our database are your personal details i.e. email address, name, address, phone number.
Any and all of the details that you provide us are strictly confidential. The use of all of these details will always be approved by you, unless in the case of legal requirements.
