It's super important to us that you LOVE your purchase from Style Rival so if you do purchase an item that you are not satisfied with, doesn't fit or doesn't suit you, then the item/s can be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases. However, we do offer refunds for customers who have received an item/s with a manufacturing fault.

We offer free return shipping for all returns and exchanges.

 

RETURNS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

INSTRUCTIONS ON RETURNING AN ITEM
- Request a return by emailing us at info@stylerival.com.au stating your order number and the reason for your return. 
- A Return Authorisation Number (RAN) will be emailed back to you within 24 hours. Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package including stating your order number and your RAN number.
- A pre-paid self-addressed satchel will be mailed out to you within 1 business day. Place the item/s you wish to return inside and drop it into an Australia Post mailing box or lodge it at any Australia Post within 7 days. This is only valid for one return. If your item/s were on sale or purchased with a discount code you will have to cover the costs of returning the item/s to us (unless you received a faulty/incorrect item) but this will be detailed in email when you request a RAN.

We will assess the returned item/s to determine whether it's fit for return, then notify you of your refund or exchange.
Returns should be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are worn, damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. 
Any packaging sent with items such as dust bags and pouches must also be returned. 
We do not hold items for exchange while your returned item/s are being sent back. 
Please note that we make every effort to display the garments and colours as accurately as possible. However as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

 

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
- Returns must be returned to our head office within 14 days of purchase and within 7 days of requesting a return.
- Any item/s returned after 21 days of purchase will not be accepted.
- Purchases using discount codes or on sale do not qualify for free returns.
- The first return is free for full-priced item/s, however subsequent returns must be covered by the customer.
- We do not offer refunds unless the item/s are faulty/incorrect and we do not have a replacement for it. 

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

- Post the item/s back to us within 7 days of the return approval. Apologies but we cannot offer free return delivery to our International customers.
