Once your order and payment has been processed, your item will be packed and dispatched within 24 hours of placement excluding weekends and public holidays. 

If there is a problem with the item/s you ordered we will contact you and send it out as soon as possible. Please note that Style Rival does not accept responsibility for lost orders. We only post items to given addresses and provide all tracking information to you.

 

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

SHIPPING COST
We offer FREE express shipping for Australian orders over $100.00 For all Australian orders under $100.00 there will be a flat rate express delivery fee of $10.00. 

SHIPPING TIME
We use Australia Post for Express shipping which is next business day delivery within Australian capital cities and major metro areas. Regional areas outside of this network may take 2 - 3 days. If you have not received your item/s within 5 business days please email us at info@stylerival.com.au with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. Deliveries are sent using their 'Authority To Leave Without Signature'. If a delivery is attempted whilst no one is home the courier will either leave your parcel in a secure location or a card will be left with collection information. Please ensure your item/s are delivered to a secure address, your workplace or an address in which there will be someone available to sign for the item/s, Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel or alternatively you can check the status of your delivery by logging into your account on our website.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

SHIPPING COST
We offer FREE shipping Internationally on all orders over $200.00 For all International orders under $200.00 there will be a flat rate delivery fee of $25.00. 

SHIPPING TIME
All International orders are sent using Australia Post Delivery Service which takes 3 to 10 business days. If you have not received your items within 14 business days of making your order please contact customer care at info@stylerival.com.au with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel or alternatively you can check the status of your delivery by logging into your account on our website. If you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local post office.
